Bryana Scarlett

G’day! I’m Bryana and I have been with the Adapt team since 2023. I’ve been working within the disability sector since 2013 with experience in mental health, aged care and high care disability in both community and healthcare settings.

I am passionate about working alongside people living with psychosocial disabilities and value the diversity and individuality of every person I support. As a support coordinator I have a strong focus on person-centred care and exploring more opportunities for people to connect within their community.

I grew up in the Wimmera Mallee and have enjoyed returning to a rural lifestyle here in Gympie. Outside of work I enjoy watching the AFL, bushwalking, and live music gigs.
