Jocelyn Rogers

Hi, I’m Jocelyn. Having grown up in Far North Queensland in Cairns and Mission Beach, I moved with my husband and two teenage sons to Gympie in 2020 after living in Townsville and Darwin. I enjoy cooking, Pilates trying not to kill my houseplants, and have two dogs, a cat and chickens at home.

I began my support career working in child protection providing residential support for children living in out of home care. After moving to Gympie I transitioned to disability support then spent a year working for a Disability Employment Service provider before realising my passion lay in psychosocial supports. I joined the Adapt team in 2023 as a support worker and have worked with people with a range of disabilities before moving into a Client Services Management role. I enjoy the variety and pace of this role and am always keen for opportunities to improved my knowledge and skills in order to provide the best care and service I can.
